So I have a chest infection and I'm stuck at home sick, and I'm so very bored. Having given up on daytime tv, I'm reading through back issues of Better Software (I never said I wasn't a bit of a nerd!). Anyways, I came across this great quote from James Bach on Quality:
"Quality is not an intrinsic characteristic of software. It's a relationship among the product, the people who have expectations about the product, and the world around them."
